DESSERT: Cookie wall covered in heart shaped cookies piped with custom love notes by the SFMOMA Blue Bottle pastry girls!

| The rooftop garden at the SFMOMA opened in May of 2009. The baristas pull the SFMOMA espresso blend on a Kees van der Westen-built three group lever machine, itself a work of art. We grind and brew drip coffee individually on drip bars of our own design, and serve a rotating menu of blends and single origin coffees by the cup. Tea, lemonade, and mineral water are also available. In addition to beverages, the menu also features glorious desserts inspired by the museum’s permanent collection. Unique to this location, the desserts are made at a small pastry station next to the coffee bar.Follow the SFMOMA rooftop coffee bar on twitter! Museum admission is required to enter the rooftop garden. In order to forgo the admission fee, we recommend becoming a member. |
